Corrugated, also known as corrugated fiberboard or more commonly as "cardboard" or "carton", is a strong and durable material for retail or shipping. Our boxes are 100% curbside recyclable and made from approximately 30% to 50% recycled material. Whenever possible, we source from local mills with the highest available post-consumer recycled content.

PurePrint Materials Collection

1. PurePrint Premium™ combines our brightest white material with our best print quality to deliver vivid, full-color impact and high-end results, using environmentally safe True Water-Based Inks.
2. PurePrint Premium™ with Kraft combines our brightest white material on the outside with Kraft brown on the inside for a unique unboxing experience. You still get the full-color impact and high-end results, using environmentally safe True Water-Based Inks.
3. PurePrint Matte™ is understated yet impactful, pairing a bright white material with our best print quality to deliver a luxurious shine-free look using environmentally safe True Water-Based Inks.
4. PurePrint Matte™ with Kraft pairs a bright white material on the outside with Kraft brown on the inside for a unique unboxing experience. You get our best print quality to deliver a luxurious shine-free look using environmentally safe True Water-Based Inks.
5. Kraft with PurePrint Premium™ is a fantastic material option to offer discreet packaging for customers, while delivering high-end presentation value. It combines the natural look of Kraft on the outside with our brightest white material on the inside. 

Standard Material Options

1. Standard White is the everyday white corrugated material used for custom packaging. Standard White has a slight variation in the whiteness if you look closely. This standard grade has white outside liners and kraft flute.
2. Premium White is made with a clay-coated heavy outer liner paper for a more high-end look compared to Standard White. Our Premium paper option is white, both inside and out. You can expect fantastic results with either grade. However, Premium White subtly enhances the end result.
3. Premium White with a Gloss Ink Finish is a process where ink is cured to appear glossier than a traditional matte finish. It is only available on Premium White. Make your artwork pop with this material option. Please note that there will be no gloss effect in any place that does not have ink in your artwork.
4. Kraft material brings a natural and organic look to your custom packaging, making it a popular option for sustainable-focused brands. Color printed on kraft board looks different than color printed on regular white or premium white board.
